HISTORY OF THE FOUNDER
MARY ELIZABETH (Mother) Bailey has spent her entire life aiding others, as well as her nine (9) children. She has always helped those who were less fortunate than herself. She has always offered her hospitality, as well as her home to those in need. She has truly created a legacy through the life she lived, and on the day of her death, MARY ELIZABETH Human Services & Homecare Services, a trusted provider of home care in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was born.
Her legacy lives on through her children and those she has helped throughout her life.

The Mission of MARY ELIZABETH is to create, maintain, and perfect unique ways of helping our clients reach their goals while assisting them in their daily activities, thus, becoming recognized as one of the leading Home Care Agencies in Pennsylvania. MARY ELIZABETH is dedicated to building long-term relationships with our clients through professional, humble, competent, and courteous service. Our goal is to grow steadily and become a leader in providing superior service to every client under our roster.
Our goal is also to ensure that every one of our clients receives top shelf/quality service while at the same time, capitalizing on opportunities that will support the growth and success of the company and the community we serve.
